Every product you run, on one page that stays honest.
The services behind each product, what they cost, when they bill next, and whether they are up right now. Operava keeps the operating picture a founder usually carries in their head, and in five browser tabs.

The whole operating picture, not another to-do list.
Each product is a project. Each vendor is entered once and linked to the projects that use it. Everything else follows from those two lists.
Stack
Frontend, backend, database, infrastructure, payments, communications, stores, tooling. Every service dealt into its layer, with a colour per layer so the shape of a product reads at a glance.
Costs
One Render account serving three products is one bill. Set each project's share once and the per-product monthly figure stops lying.
Renewals
An email digest before anything bills, deduplicated so you hear about each renewal once. Domain expiry dates come straight from the registry, not from memory.
Uptime
Endpoints checked from the cloud on a schedule, with a thirty-day reliability figure per project and a one-line verdict in the project header.
Budget and runway
Set a pre-revenue cap, record what has been spent, and the dashboard tells you the month it runs out at the current burn.
Notes and links
Decisions, gotchas, where things live. Note pages per project, and links to the repo, the board, the site, so the dashboard points at the rest rather than replacing it.
Ten minutes to a true picture.
No integrations to wire up on day one. Type what you know, link it, and let the schedulers do the rest.
Add your products
A name and a line of description each. Add a link to the site and the repo if you like.
Paste in your vendors
One per line, "Render - hosting" style. Then link each to the products that use it and fill in the price and the next bill date as you learn them.
Watch an endpoint or two
Give each product a URL to check. From then on the header says whether it is up, the digest says what bills next, and the budget says how long you have.
Built by one founder, for five products.
Operava is the dashboard its maker runs his own company on. It is private while it earns its keep. If you run several products alone and want to try it, say so.
